New ACB DG assumes office
VIJAYWADA: RP Thakur, an IPS officer of 1986 batch, took over as the Director General (DG) of Anti-Corruption Bureau in ACB office at RTC Bhavan on Saturday. Soon after assuming charge, he held a few meetings with senior officers and later held a press conference, where he said, "Amaravati would be called a corruption-free city and advanced technology will be utilised in all departments to curb corruption from the ground level.”
